Pedestrian killed in crash near Eastern & Tropicana
Metro Police say the crash occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. A truck struck the pedestrian. The victim was taken to Sunrise Hospital with critical injuries, but died a short time later. Police have shut down both directions of Eastern at Reno Avenue.

The Clark County Coroner's Office identified the person as Jack Harold Levi, 58, of Las Vegas. His cause of death was multiple blunt force trauma as a result of an accident, medical examiners ruled.
