Pedestrian dies in central Las Vegas hit-and-run
Witnesses told police the pedestrian paused as traffic slowed and began crossing Decatur again and was hit by the vehicle. He was thrown across the intersection and landed on the west sidewalk on the south side of the intersection.

On Tuesday morning, police said they’d located the vehicle and arrested motorist Esteban Hernandez, 20, of North Las Vegas on a charge of failure to stop at the scene of an accident. Clark County Detention Center records identified Hernandez as Esteban Hernandez Arredondo.
