The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-15 near mile marker 78. NHP said one person was thrown from the car when a Toyota 4-Runner rolled over from the highway into the median.

The Clark County Coroner's Office said Lynnaire Henry-Sanchez, 51, of Moapa, died of multiple blunt injuries as a result of an accident.
