First responders arrived to the scene just before midnight after authorities say the man was struck near the Cadillac Motel on Chestnut Street.

An investigation showed that a woman was driving south on Chestnut Street when she hit near 40-year-old Robert Albino Rosado, of Manchester, around 11 p.m. near the Cadillac Motel.
