New Hampshire State Police responded at 4:39 a.m. Saturday to a report of a crash on Causeway Street in Seabrook and say they found a 2002 Honda Accord that had been driven by 23-year-old Colon Ross of Hampton Falls that had gone out of control and hit a parked car and a utility pole.
Police say both Ross and his front-seat passenger, 22-year-old Stacy Walsh of West Newbury, Mass., were declared dead at the scene of the accident.
Police say that while alcohol and high speed were believed to have been factors, the investigation continues.
