Colon Ross 23, Stacy Walsh 22, killed after their car crashes into utility pole at high speed.

Two people in their early 20s are dead after a car accident in Seabrook, N.H., in which police say it appears alcohol and unreasonable speed were factors.

New Hampshire State Police responded at 4:39 a.m. Saturday to a report of a crash on Causeway Street in Seabrook and say they found a 2002 Honda Accord that had been driven by 23-year-old Colon Ross of Hampton Falls that had gone out of control and hit a parked car and a utility pole.

Police say both Ross and his front-seat passenger, 22-year-old Stacy Walsh of West Newbury, Mass., were declared dead at the scene of the accident.

Police say that while alcohol and high speed were believed to have been factors, the investigation continues.
