Union City DPW worker struck and killed by 16-year-old driver: prosecutor
A 73-year-old Union City Department of Public Works employee was struck and killed by a 16-year-old driver Monday morning, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said. The crash, which occurred at 7:36 a.m. in the area of Palisade Avenue and 36th Street, is under investigation by the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit and the Union City Police Department.
