A 20-year-old dirt bike rider was severely injured Saturday after the vehicle slammed into a car in Cumberland County, authorities said. The bike, which had no headlights, crashed into the car’s passenger side near West Broad and Fayette streets around 6:51 p.m. Saturday, police said Tuesday.
