Four people killed in head-on collision on Newton-Sparta Road in Andover, New Jersey

A 2021 Jeep Rubicon traveling westbound directly hit a 2001 Ford Ranger pickup after crossing over the double yellow lines into the eastbound lane, police said in a statement.

The occupant in the Jeep was also entrapped and first responders were able to use a personal vehicle with a chain to pull the Jeep away from the Ford Ranger pickup, Danielson said.

The driver of the Jeep was flown to Morristown Hospital and was later pronounced dead. The three occupants in the Ford Ranger were pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say a Jeep crossed the double yellow lines and crashed into a pickup truck. Both vehicles went up in flames. 

Bruce Cseh, 22, of Blairstown, was behind the wheel of a 2021 Jeep Rubicon heading west crossed over the double yellow lines on Newton-Sparta Road around 4 p.m. in Andover Township on Friday, May 26, local police said.

A 2021 Jeep Rubicon, driven by Bruce Cseh, 22, of Blairstown Township, was traveling westbound on Newton-Sparta Road when the vehicle crossed over the double yellow lines into the eastbound lane of travel striking a 2001 Ford Ranger pickup head-on, Danielson said.
