Pedestrian critically struck by bus in North Bergen was in crosswalk, sheriff says
The 27-year-old man who was struck by a bus in North Bergen Friday morning remains in critical condition with bleeding on the brain, according to Hudson County Sheriff Frank Schillari.
A 27-year-old man was crossing in a crosswalk at the intersection of 90th and Bergenline Avenue when a commuter bus made a left turn and pinned him underneath. He was critically injured and taken to a local hospital for treatment. The incident is still under investigation.
