Officials say Clark was driving a 2013 GMC Sierra pickup truck and crossed over the double yellow lines, striking 33-year-old Harold Almonte who was riding a motorcycle.

Clark had apparently just left Duffy's Tavern on River Street in Paterson when his southbound 2013 GMC Sierra crossed over the double-yellow line into the northbound lane on Wagaraw Road at Maple Avenue in Fair Lawn around 8:30 p.m., law enforcement sources said.

Motorcylcist Harold Almonte, who was struck and killed by a drunk driver in Fair Lawn more than a year ago, would have celebrated his 35th birthday Friday.
