Authorities said in the crash report that a Staten Island man, 34-year-old Bhupinder Singh was driving a 2020 Nissan Altima on Warner Street and failed to stop at the stop sign when police officers Andrew Abuan, who was driving, and Alejandro Lopez were passing on Martin Luther King Drive just after midnight.
