Monika Hapun, 42, charged with DWI that caused 3-vehicle crash on East Elizabeth Avenue in Linden, NJ; her unrestrained 2-year-old son was in the backseat at the time of the wreck

No injuries were reported in the incident. Hapun was charged with DWI with a child in the vehicle, careless driving, failure to use a child restraint, and failure to exhibit an insurance card. She will also face a second-degree criminal charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
