Man, 51, arrested in fatal hit-and-run crash of pedestrian in Morris County
On Aug. 12, at around 9:01 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian in the area of Lafayette Avenue and Lackawanna Place, Carroll said. Officers identified a male victim, who was dead, to have been struck by a motor vehicle that then fled the area, Carroll said.
