Timothy Hendershot, 34, of Newton, was killed after he was hit by a car while crossing Water Street Monday at 2:33 p.m. He was hit by a 2012 Honda Civic operated by Kyle Stanulis, 22, of Andover. Hendershot was critically injured in the collision and was transported to Newton Medical Center where he later died from his injuries. Stanulis was uninjured.
