A 17-year-old from Pennsylvania was killed earlier this month after he collided head-on with a pickup truck in Cape May County, authorities said. The teen was driving a car south on Route 347 in Dennis Township at about 5:30 p.m. on July 1 when he crossed the centerline and struck the northbound pickup.
