The victim, identified only as a female pending notification of next-of-kin, was driving a Honda Civic south on Queen Anne Road around 3:40 p.m. A collision occurred between her car and a Honda Accord travelling west on DeGraw Avenue.

"She was going to stay with me, have dinner, and then go and deliver babies because that's what she did," Caraballo told the station. "She was full of life, full of joy."
