One person was killed following a head-on crash involving a tractor-trailer and a dump truck Monday morning in Warren County. New Jersey State Police said they were called at 10:22 a.m. Monday for the crash in the 1200 block of Route 519/Hope Bridgeville Road in Hope Township.
