Johnathen P. Oliver, 36, of Williamstown, was riding a motorcycle east on Lake Avenue near Florence Boulevard in Monroe Township shortly after 10 p.m. when he tried to brake for a car backing out a driveway on the 300 block of Lake Avenue, township police said.
