Crash in Weehawken sends 7 to the hospital, police say

Huber Ricardo Contreras Farfan, 31, of Oxon Hill, Md., was cited for having an unrestrained child in the vehicle, Schillari said. 
A collision at the intersection of Boulevard East and Hudson Place on Saturday sent seven people to the hospital. Philip Raguseo, 77, crashed his Volkswagen Jetta into the back of a Toyota Matrix, which shoved the Toyota into a parked 2010 Mustang. Raguseo suffered a severe head injury. There were six people in the Toyota, including a 4-year-old child who wasn't restrained properly. Raguseo was transported to Jersey City Medical Center and was in stable condition. All six passengers in the Toyota were treated at Jersey City Medical Center for minor injuries.
