The State Police in Latham are investigating a one-car fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred Saturday morning at approximately 4:13 am.
Passenger killed in Northway accident still not identified
Anyone with information about the passenger's identity or the whereabouts of Patel before the accident is asked to call the State Police in Latham at 518-783-3211.
Passenger in double fatal Colonie crash identified
Police said it appears Patel was giving Testo a ride from a local restaurant both had been at hours before the crash.

At around 4:13 a.m., a vehicle driven by Harshil Patel was traveling on Interstate 87 when it left the shoulder of the road and struck a tree. The vehicle then overturned and burst into flames. Harshil Patel died, along with an as of yet unidentified passenger.
