Clickner was charged with DWI and issued various traffic tickets and will appear in court at a later date, police said.
A 20-year-old man was charged with DWI after he knocked down a power pole with his car and police said they located his license plate at the scene. State Police said Cody D. Clickner of Wynantskill was driving his pick-up truck on Route 7 early Saturday when his truck hit a pole, which fell into the roadway with wires attached. Police said Clickner backed across a lawn and struck a mailbox before leaving the scene. Police said they found Clickner at his home after finding the license plate. He allegedly failed a field sobriety test at home, and had a blood alcohol content of .14 percent, police said. Clickner was charged with DWI and issued various traffic tickets and will appear in court at a later date, police said.
