Fatal crash claims one life in Town of Maine

State Police ask anyone with information on Coyne's whereabouts prior to the crash to call 607-775-1241.
Jason Coyne, 27, of Newark Valley, died in a single-vehicle collision late Friday night in the Town of Maine. He was traveling westbound on Fredericks Road when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree. Coyne was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle. Authorities believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
