Police tracked down Glenn P. Matthews, a hit-and-run driver after a rear-ed crash on Abbott Road near Lake Avenue in Orchard Park Saturday night at about 10:30 p.m. Mathews' vehicle “fled the scene with the victim vehicle following.” Matthews, 43, of Lackawanna was charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.
