Four teens killed when stolen Kia crashes at Kensington and Scajaquada

The occupants of the vehicle were between 14 and 17. Three of the four deceased were pronounced dead at the scene. The fourth died at Erie County Medical Center.

All five of the passengers were ejected from the vehicle, police said. Four of them, ranging in age from 14 to 17, were killed. The fifth passenger was hospitalized in intensive care, and the 16-year-old driver was treated at a hospital and released.

On Monday, Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia held a press conference and said there were a total of six people inside the vehicle. Four were killed, another was hospitalized and the driver was in custody.
