Williamsville man facing charges for leaving fatal rollover crash at airport
According to prosecutors, surveillance video shows Penna getting out of his car after the accident to look at the rolled over pickup truck, before driving around the airport parking lot to pick up family members. Prosecutors say Penna drove past the accident again as he left the airport.
