Deputies say Meath had the green light and green arrow as he entered the intersection, but was hit by a blue Chrysler driven by an 89-year-old woman. Witnesses told deputies the Chrysler exited from the feeder ramp from Jefferson Road at a high rate of speed, and hit Meath's vehicle in the intersection.
