S. Tier teenager killed Saturday in Evans crash - The Buffalo News

A teenager from the Southern Tier was killed and three teens were injured in a crash early Saturday on Southwestern Boulevard in Evans, town police reported. The Highland and North Evans Fire Companies responded to the crash, with assistance from Evans Center and Lake View. The driver, Kasey Rosario, 18, of Irving, and the front-seat passenger are in stable condition at the hospital. One of the rear-seat occupants, 16-year-old Martin Lay of the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation, was killed and the other rear passenger is in critical condition. The front-seat passenger, who was wearing his seat belt, managed to get out of the vehicle and flag down a passing motorist, who called 911.

Both were brothers. Not by blood. I miss My Brother Martin so much. Just his enthusiasm for family members and love for his people. RIP Brother

i miss u martin u were the best cuz i can ever have ur funeral was the first funeral i have ever cried at and it should have never ended this way i love u martin
