Tupper Lake EMS brought the 15-year-old to Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake.
Steffen's department also responded when the call went out at 7:20 a.m.
He could not comment on the extent of the girl's injuries, though he did say Life Flight was requested but unavailable due to weather conditions.

He said the girl's injuries were serious enough to request a North Country Life Flight helicopter, but it was unavailable because of poor weather conditions. Therefore, the Tupper Lake rescue squad transported the girl to Adirondack Medical Center Saranac Lake.
Steffen said village police are looking into the collision.
