A 49-year-old man died Friday following a hit-and-run crash in Brooklyn, authorities said.

Williams has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident, resulting in death.
49 year-old Ian Paul Bubb was killed crossing Glenwood Road outside the crosswalk near Rockaway Parkway at about 8:20 p.m. when an eastbound maroon 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee with Florida license plates hit him. Paramedics rushed Bubb to Brookdale University Hospital but doctors were unable to save his life. Driver of the Jeep, Richard Williams, 26, surrendered to cops late Friday night and was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
