MTA bus driver charged in hit-and-run that killed 70-year-old Brooklyn woman
The bus driver has been identified as 48-year-old Paul Roper, police said. He was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield to a pedestrian and failure to exercise due care, according to NYPD.
