According to police, 60-year-old Ronald Starke was traveling east on North Country Road near Mountain Ridge Drive on a 2003 Indian motorcycle in Mount Sinai when he was struck by a westbound 2002 Subaru Outback operated by Yokito Yoneyama at about 3:55 p.m.
