Seaford Man High on Heroin Arrested after Crashing Into Five Cars, Injuring Two

Subsequent to his arrest, two bags of what is believed to be heroin were found in his vehicle.

He was hospitalized after the incident and will be arraigned as soon as is practical, officials said.

When police got there, they determined McKenna was driving in "an intoxicated condition," police said.

According to Nassau County police, 51-year-old Sean McKenna, of Seaford, was while traveling eastbound on Jerusalem Avenue when he hit five other moving vehicles. 
51-year-old Sean McKenna had herion in his vehicle and is believed to be under its influence when he struck five separate cars within a third of a mile while driving east on Jerusalem Avenue at about 5:49 p.m. He continued driving after each collision, until his car eventually left the roadway, struck a mailbox, destroyed about 100 feet of wooden fence, and finally crashed into a pole. Two people that he struck were injured, including a 28-year-old male who sustained serious injuries and was admitted to an intensive care unit, and a 24-year-old woman who had minor head injuries and has already been released from the hospital.
