Jesus Hernandez, Saul Martinez, and Miguel Angel Luna killed when train strikes truck on School Street in Westbury, New York

The Ronkonkoma-branch train heading into Penn Station hit the truck on the tracks near the School Street crossing in Westbury Tuesday evening. A law enforcement source said a tractor trailer had gone around the lowered safety gates at the rail crossing. 

Gov. Andrew Cuomo called for a "full investigation into the collision," which also forced the evacuation of nearly 1,000 passengers and crew on the two trains.
