Oneida County Woman Charged After Deadly Crash in Yates County

According to state police, Sabrina Livermore, 26, of Rome failed to negotiate a curve on Randall Crossing Road when she drove into the grass, then over railroad tracks and crashed into two vehicles on Route 14.
A Yates County woman is dead after New York State Police said a woman driving drunk crashed into a car she was riding in Thursday evening in the town of Milo. According to state police, Sabrina Livermore, 26, of Rome failed to negotiate a curve on Randall Crossing Road when she drove into the grass, then over railroad tracks and crashed into two vehicles on Route 14. Roxan Meier, 55, of Dundee, a passenger in one of the cars, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her driver, Cleo Pollack, 63, was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, where he's in guarded condition. The passenger and driver of the other vehicle were taken to area hospitals and are expected to recover. Livermore is charged with DWI and second-degree vehicular manslaughter. She'll be arraigned in Yates County Court after she's treated for minor injuries. Bail is set at $10,000 cash.
