Lloyd Kelly, 69, died in a collision involving a car and a detached trailer on East Main Street in Livingston County, New York

Investigators say a large truck was pulling a trailer out of a parking lot when the trailer broke away and rolled into the road. The trailer blocked the eastbound lane and part of the westbound lane, as a vehicle with four occupants collided with it.
