It happened at around 12:45 p.m. on Pre-Emption Road in the town of Benton. Deputies say Felix Roquemore, 86, of Mansfield, Ohio was heading east on Havens Corners Road when he failed to stop at the stop sign, hitting a vehicle driven by David Tsibulski, 74, of Syracuse.
