Sally Hamman, 63, killed; Hubert Heimburger, 57, injured in two-car crash on Strong Road in Victor, New York

Sally Hamman of Springwater was a passenger in a 2007 Saturn SUV that was driving southbound on Strong Road in Victor when the driver, Hubert Heimburger of Canandaigua, lost control, spinning into the northbound lane near County Road 41, where it was struck in the passenger door by a northbound 2010 Toyota Sequoia driven by Lora Donohoe, 47, of Victor. Hamman was pronounced dead at the scene, while Heimburger and Donohoe were transported to Strong Hospital. As of Tuesday morning, Heimburger was listed in guarded condition, and Donohoe had been discharged.
