Authorities say a man has died after being hit by a truck while crossing a central New York road.
Deputies ID driver of sweeper truck involved in fatal Cicero crash
Jeffrey Swartwood, 20, of Cicero, was driving a commercial sweeper truck south on Route 11 at 4:26 a.m. when he hit a pedestrian, said Sgt. Jon Seeber, of the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office.
