Ryan E. McGuire, 29, arrested on multiple charges after ramming his car into another at a mall parking lot in Madison, New York

A 29-year-old man is accused of drunken driving, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest after he continued to ram into another vehicle after an accident in a Madison mall parking lot. Madison police were called about 2 p.m. Wednesday to a parking lot in the 200 block of Junction Road for a crash in which one vehicle, later determined to be driven by Ryan E. McGuire, continued to crash into the other vehicle, according to an incident report. The first officer who arrived at the parking lot saw McGuire's car revving, shredding the tire's rubber and damaging the asphalt. The victim in the car later told police that she thought if she moved her vehicle, McGuire's vehicle would take off uncontrollably and possibly hit other vehicles or pedestrians because he was continuing to rev it, Madison police said. McGuire did not follow officer commands and eventually was forced out of the vehicle by police and arrested
