Pedestrian crash in New Hartford confirmed as fatal
New Hartford police confirmed the crash as fatal Tuesday morning and said that the pedestrian who was killed was a male, but no further information could be revealed at this time.

Police said that, after a preliminary investigation, they determined that Michelle Murphy-Azzarello of New Hartford was operating a 2008 Chrysler headed east on the turnpike when she hit Charles Maier, whose last known address was in Bremerton, Washington.
