One person killed in pedestrian collision on Route 104 in Ontario, New York

Deputies say a car suddenly stopped in the eastbound passing lane. Multiple cars behind the vehicle tried to stop but crashed into each other. A woman stopped to help and got out of one of the cars, then deputies say she was hit and killed.
