Driver Charged with DWI After Fatal Crash in Oswego County
Chartrand and a passenger, 24-year-old Spencer Parsons of Adams Center, were thrown from the truck after it overturned. Parsons was pronounced dead at the scene.
Chartrand was taken to a Syracuse hospital where he is listed in critical condition. The second passenger was transported with injuries that were not life-threatening. The fourth was treated at the scene.
