Woman killed in Greensboro crash(link is external)

A woman was killed and two people were injured in a crash Friday night on U.S. Route 29 in Greensboro, police said. Ray was attempting to make a left turn onto Anita Lane when his car collided with Robinson’s car, investigators said. Portia Bonita Jordan was killed when a 2009 Chevrolet HHR collided with a 2006 Nissan Maxima around 8 p.m. Jordan was a passenger in the front seat of Robinson’s car. James Ray, 78, of Charlotte was driving the Chevrolet.
