On Sept. 26, at 10:15 p.m., High Point police, the High Point Fire Department, and Guilford County EMS responded to the 2400 block of North Main Street for a traffic crash with injuries involving multiple motorcycles.

A man and two teenagers were charged in a hit-and-run that resulted in the death of an 18-year-old, according to High Point police.
Motorcyclist was speeding just before fatal wreck
Just before a wreck that killed an 18-year-old motorcyclist from Walnut Cove, he was part of a group — including one man on a stolen motorcycle — speeding up N. Main Street at up to more than 60 miles per hour, police said.
