Investigators said three vehicles, a 2006 Chevrolet Impala, 2020 Ford EcoSport, and a 2013 Jeep Wrangler were traveling south when the driver of the Impala, 65-year-old Michael Montgomery, was "driving aggressively by following too closely and speeding."
