Several injured after a car ran a stop sign, striking another car at the intersection of Cheek Road and Carpenter Road in Durham, North Carolina

Based on preliminary investigation, a woman was traveling southbound on Carpenter Road when she ran a stop sign and struck another car. Both vehicles spun and traveled out of the intersection. The woman's car traveled through a yard where it struck a car that was parked in a driveway.
