The patrol says one driver was dead at the scene. The other driver was taken to a Fargo hospital.
Both victims are from Enderlin. Their names have not been released.
Fatal crash victim identified
Joshua Ertelt, 35, Enderlin, died when his 1990 GMC pickup that was heading eastbound on N.D. Highway 46 struck a westbound 2011 Ford F250 that was turning south onto Highway 32 head on at around 6:56 p.m., according to the Patrol
