Just before 11 a.m. on State Highway 13, about two miles east of Gwinner, Andrea Robertson, 43, of Wadena, Minn., was driving a 1985 Chevrolet Celebrity westbound with passenger Marjorie Robertson, 83, of Clitherall, Minn. A Peterbilt semi was also heading west on the road. Its driver, Jason Heebink, 46, of Ardoch, N.D., was trying to make a right-hand turn.
