N.D. authorities identify man who died in rollover crash

Kaiser said 4,500 gallons of diesel spilled from the tanker. Firefighters were able to confine the spill to a 100-square-foot area in the east ditch of the highway. Central Valley Health in Jamestown is overseeing the cleanup effort.
A semi truck rolled over on Highway 20 near Jamestown and Daniel Ray Peterson, of Jamestown, was pronounced deceased at the crash site. Peterson was driving a Central Harvest States 8,500-gallon tanker with diesel fuel to Tolna on Tuesday, when a tire entered the ditch. The trailer fishtailed and the semi entered a ditch at the next curve, rolled, and ended up on the passenger side.
