Crash in LaMoure kills 1 person; driver arrested for DUI

The Highway Patrol says a pickup truck traveling at a high speed went off a street and struck a tree about 3:15 a.m. Friday. A male passenger was pronounced dead at the Oakes hospital. The male driver was injured and arrested for driving under the influence. The patrol did not immediately identify either person.
